


So, we decided to bring some home cooking and our favorite low carb foods to the streets and share our love of Keto with our community.

And when we do find something it tends to either taste like cardboard and/or we must compromise (burger with no bun sound familiar?). While we all wish to eat healthier and stay fit, the prepared and convenient foods that we know and love are mostly filled with gut busting sugars and starchy carbohydrates that either weigh us down or make us crash into a “food coma.”Īnd while we love the idea of eating Keto (low carb) we have found that it is nearly impossible to maintain and still enjoy our favorite foods. 2 out of 3 Americans are now overweight or obese.
